March 2027 Retreat in Tennessee

Location: Wellbeing Retreat Center in Tazewell, Tennessee (About 4.5 hours from Decatur area)

Led by Plum Village Tradition Dharma Teacher Leslie Rawls

Dates : March 25-28, 2027. 

“Rest, Refresh, and Heal” 

A mostly silent mindfulness retreat to return to ourselves in the here and now, taking a break from everyday worries and busyness. This simple retreat will offer sitting and walking meditation, sharing time, personal practice time, private interviews with Leslie, and Dharma talks reflecting the Buddha’s teachings in the sutras on full awareness of breathing (Anapanasatti Sutta), the four foundations of mindfulness (Satipattana Sutta), and living in the present moment (Bhaddekaratta Sutta). Location: Southern Dharma Retreat Center

Dates: Wednesday, June 16th (Late Afternoon Registration) to Sunday, June 20th (ending with lunch)

Southern Dharma is in a beautiful North Carolina mountain setting about a 4 hour drive from Atlanta. The retreat will be offered by Dharma Teacher Leslie Rawls. Leslie is one of the Dharma teachers who offers support to our sangha.
